Nice piece of possible insight. My only issue in your blurb is what Lori says at the end.

"This team has the ability to rapidly and efficiently design,execute and ramp up exploration and "development" on our on our gold projects in Peru"

History has shown us that this company is the slowest of the slowest exploration companies on the planet. So i would read that to say that they have the ability to ramp up to a snails pace.
